Refund policy
Given the digital nature of our product, we only offer a FULL REFUND after purchase if the Customer has reached out to us within 24 hours of their charge and also either has had technical difficulties setting it up, or does not have sufficient experience trading and after setup still doesnât understand how to use our technology. PARTIAL REFUNDS will be given under the previous circumstances if the customer reaches out after the full refund period (24 hours). We will assess refund requests on their merits, considering the digital nature of the data we share upon access. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

A. You bought it by mistake; or
B. You have changed your mind about using Pulse
C. You ask for goodwill

If we decide to issue a refund, this will under normal circumstances be performed by refunding the original payment method. If a discount was used at checkout the refund will only be up to that amount and not the full purchase price. Refunds take 3 - 8 business days to return to the Customerâs original payment method.

If requested, we will gladly also cancel the active subscription on the refunded product.

If you are after 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your account on our website. If you have not opened an account with us, make sure to do so with the same email you purchased with, then after creating and logging in you will be able to cancel or resubscribe to any of your subscriptions through the built-in subscription management interface.
